Position Summary
The Program Analyst Associate provides high-level program and operational support to the leadership team. This role is responsible for managing communications, processing expense reports, and coordinating and organizing director-level activities to ensure smooth and efficient operations. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable supporting multiple leaders in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities Communications- Draft, edit, and distribute internal and external communications on behalf of leadership
- Serve as a point of contact for inquiries related to leadership activities
- Coordinate meeting materials, agendas, and follow-up communications
- Prepare, submit, and track expense reports in accordance with company policies
- Reconcile receipts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner
- Support basic budget tracking and administrative financial reporting as needed
- Manage and coordinate complex calendars for directors
- Schedule meetings across multiple stakeholders and time zones
- Prioritize appointments and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
- Support planning and logistics for meetings, reviews, and events
- Assist with onboarding logistics and administrative processes
Bachelor’s degree
Experience- Experience supporting multiple leaders or teams simultaneously
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) or equivalent tools
- Prior experience with Concur preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management abilities
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Proactive, adaptable, and solution-oriented mindset
The likely hourly rate for this position is between $23.30 - $28.18. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT typically provides new employees with 15 days of paid leave per calendar year to be used for vacations, personal business, and illness and an additional 10 paid holidays per year. Paid leave and paid holidays are prorated based on the employee’s date of hire. The GDIT Paid Family Leave program provides a total of up to 160 hours of paid leave in a rolling 12 month period for eligible employees.
