• 6+ years of professional experience working as a Business Analyst
• 2+ years of experience working as a SCRUM Master
• Proficiency in creating functional specifications, user stories, use cases, and process flow diagrams
• Experience with business modeling techniques and tools (e.g., UML, BPMN)
• Proficiency in using documentation tools such as Microsoft Visio, Lucidchart, or similar
• Proficiency in using data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
• Proficient in using project management and tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Microsoft Project)
• Strong experience supporting Software development projects and working in an AGILE and/or Waterfall environment
• Experience in Cloud migration and/or integrations is highly desired
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Strong presentation skills
• Able to explain technical information to non-technical stakeholders
• High attention to detail
• Strong problem‑solving skills and highly analytical
• Active Scrum Master Certification is required
• Bachelor's degree in business, information systems, or a related field is required

• Ideal candidates will be part of a team tasked with overseeing Client's migration into a cloud environment
• These candidates will review potential new tools and technologies and weigh their value in the client’s new growing cloud environment
• Complete understanding and wide application of technical principles, theories, and concepts in the field
• Provide oversight for the development and maintenance of quality programs, systems, processes, and procedures to ensure compliance and performance quality
• Advise government personnel and delivery partners on process standardization, agile adoption, and digital transformation best practices within the federal environment
• Conduct client interviews when needed
• Deliver presentations and training courses on measurement, analysis, improvement, and control
• Perform cost and benefit analysis
• Promote transparency, communication, and alignment across cross‑functional teams, including technologists, security experts, product managers, and client stakeholders
• Maintain general knowledge of related disciplines
• Receive assignments in the form of objectives and establish goals to meet outlined objectives
• Provide technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
• Help identify and define client needs to ensure ideal performance and reporting systems are in place
• Ensure data consistency across platforms
• Provide direction to employees according to established policies and management guidance
• Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies, including Sprint Planning, Daily Stand‑ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives, ensuring productive and focused meetings
• Coach, mentor, and support team members and stakeholders in agile principles, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and high performance
