JOB OVERVIEW

Provide services and support as a Trainer in the Education and Academia Industry Sector focusing on Human Capital Solutions for clients such as George Mason University (GMU) Information Technology Services (ITS) in Fairfax, VA and across the Mid Atlantic Region.

Design, build, and deliver—transforming ideas into scalable IT solutions that drive measurable outcomes.

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
  • Develop training curricula and materials.
  • Deliver sessions for end‑users and ITS staff.
  • Create documentation and job aids.
Desired Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in Education, IT, or related field.
Education / Experience Requirements / Qualifications
  • 3–5 years in technical training.
Skills Required
  • Instructional design, communication, platform knowledge (Canvas, Zoom).
