Supply Chain – Senior Sourcing Associate

• Lead stakeholder engagement and develop sourcing strategies in collaboration with procurement management
• Draft and manage the sourcing process, including RFx and supplier negotiations
• Negotiate and draft contracts that meet business, technical, and legal requirements
• Ensure compliance with corporate purchasing policies and Federal Government regulations
• Manage existing contracts and prepare for renewals while resolving discrepancies

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Four (4) to six (6) years of experience in relevant procurement functions
• Extensive experience in managing the end-to-end sourcing process
• Proven negotiation skills with suppliers and experience in pricing analysis
• Effective communication and presentation skills to interface with management

• Experience in the health insurance industry
• Knowledge of the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR)
• Familiarity with Ariba or similar procurement automation tools
