They are looking for someone with many years of experience who can work collaboratively with them as a team. The ideal candidate is confident, an excellent communicator, and safety-conscious–keeping the parents updated and informed at all times.

A strong understanding of developmental milestones, age-appropriate activities, and introduction of solid foods are essential. The mother will work from home while the father will be in the office, so the family is looking for someone who is comfortable in this dynamic.
