• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a courteous, professional manner.
• Assist customers by providing accurate information about available services and payment processes.
• Process payments, verify information, and maintain compliance with all financial handling protocols.
• Schedule, confirm, and update client appointments based on service needs.
• Maintain organized and accurate client data
