Client Services Laboratory Representative Call Center
. This role is PRN and shifts and days of the week may vary, but must commit to two weekends a month.

Client Services Laboratory Representative Call Center
Job Responsibilities:

• The Client Services Laboratory Call Center Representative provides quality customer service and technical phone support.
• Maintains positive client relationship through timely, courteous, accurate, and efficient handling of calls.
• Provides technical support to ensure quality of specimens for laboratory testing. Provides requested information to clients.
• Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
• Ensures stat specimens are delivered to the lab timely.
• Coordinates and dispatches courier services as needed.
• Participates in professional growth opportunities to enhance personal, team and department development.
• Demonstrates knowledge of regulatory standards while satisfying compliance requirements.
• May perform additional duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:

Education:
High School diploma or GED equivalent

Experience:1 year of related experience
