The Inova Cares Clinic for Women (ICCW) is seeking a compassionate and dedicated OB/GYN Physician to provide obstetric and gynecologic (OB‑GYN) care for a culturally diverse population of uninsured and low‑income individuals in Northern Virginia. In partnership with county health departments and community agencies, we serve the needs of our community with prenatal and gynecologic care for underserved communities.

• Physicians in this role function as OB/GYN generalists with the following role components
  • Full spectrum inpatient and outpatient OBGYN practice. Call is in‑house with the residents
  • Function as a “Safety Officer” for L&D and the Women’s Hospital with the purpose of early detection and prevention of possible safety events
• Provide care for a culturally diverse population of uninsured and low‑income individuals in Northern Virginia
• Prenatal and gynecologic care for underserved communities
• Non‑stress testing, LEEP, and colposcopy procedures

• Education: Doctor of Medicine degree from an accredited institution. Board eligible or board certified in OB/GYN.
• Experience: Successful completion of Obstetrics and Gynecology residency program. 2 years of experience after residency is preferred.
• Licensure: Current unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of Virginia.
• Payor Credentialing: Ability to successfully complete the credentialing process by third‑party payors and ability to enrolled as a CMS Medicare/Medicaid payor.
• Medical Staff Credentialing: Successful completion of credentialing for medical staff membership and appropriate clinical privileges sufficient to perform all required services.
