The incoming physician will provide comprehensive outpatient primary care to an established patient population encompassing all ages, emphasizing strong patient relationships and quality face time with each patient. The practice model is designed to support high‑quality medicine while minimizing administrative burden.

• $350k salary plus signing bonus, health benefits, retirement match
• 3‑provider concierge group; inherit a retiring provider’s full patient panel
• 4–8 patient per day: emphasis on quality, continuity, and patient experience over volume
• Operational and administrative support
• Full‑scope outpatient primary care services with in‑office procedures
• Develop long‑term relationships with patients of all ages and families
• BC/BE in Family Medicine
• Commitment to patient‑focused, relationship‑based care
