* Location:

Pentagon/Mark Center
* Travel: 15% for training delivery and stakeholder meetings
* Security:
Public Trust minimum, Secret preferred for expanded access

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and deliver environmental compliance training programs
* Coordinate stakeholder outreach and communication activities
* Support event planning and technical program implementation
* Create training materials, presentations, and educational resources
* Manage training databases and track completion metrics
* Interface with facility personnel and external stakeholders
* Support public affairs and community engagement activities Experience Requirements
* 5-8 years training development and program coordination experience
* Adult education and technical training experience Education Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Environmental Science, or related field Required Skills
* Strong presentation and training delivery skills
* Experience with adult learning principles and training design
* Proficiency in multimedia presentation tools
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
* Event planning and coordination experience
* Understanding of environmental compliance requirements
