STEM Facilitators

We are looking for a passionate and energetic STEM Facilitator to engage students in hands‑on learning experiences in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM) in Loudoun and Fairfax locations. This role involves delivering pre‑designed lesson plans, guiding students through interactive activities, and fostering curiosity and problem‑solving skills.

• Facilitate engaging hands‑on experiments, coding exercises, robotics, and engineering challenges.
• Create a safe, engaging, collaborative, and interactive learning environment.
• Adapt teaching strategies to support different learning styles.
• Collaborate with educators, parents, and organizations to enhance STEM outreach.
• Maintain STEM‑related materials and equipment.
• Stay updated on emerging trends in STEM education.

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM‑related fields (Science, Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, or Education with a STEM focus).
• Prior teaching, facilitation, or youth program experience preferred (formal or informal education settings).
• Experience with hands‑on STEM tools such as robotics kits, coding platforms (e.g., Scratch, Python), 3D printing, or engineering kits is a plus.
• Strong passion for STEM education and interactive learning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage and motivate students in a fun, dynamic environment.
• Creative problem‑solving and adaptability.
• Familiarity with educational technology and digital learning tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time‑management skills.
