Environmental Training and Outreach Coordinator

DAWSON is seeking an experienced Environmental Training and Outreach Coordinator to develop and deliver training programs, coordinate stakeholder outreach, support events, and manage training databases.

• Location:
  
  Pentagon/Mark Center
• Travel: 15% for training delivery and stakeholder meetings
• Security:
  Public Trust minimum;
  Secret preferred for expanded access

• Develop and deliver environmental compliance training programs.
• Coordinate stakeholder outreach and communication activities.
• Support event planning and technical program implementation.
• Create training materials, presentations, and educational resources.
• Manage training databases and track completion metrics.
• Interface with facility personnel and external stakeholders.
• Support public affairs and community engagement activities.

• 5‑8 years of training development and program coordination experience.
• Adult education and technical training experience.

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Environmental Science, or related field.

• Strong presentation and training delivery skills.
• Experience with adult learning principles and training design.
• Proficiency in multimedia presentation tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Event planning and coordination experience.
• Understanding of environmental compliance requirements.
