• Travel: 20% for site visits and stakeholder meetings

Key Responsibilities

• Support master planning and land use management initiatives
• Conduct environmental feasibility studies for facility improvements
• Develop climate resilience and adaptation strategies
• Support NEPA compliance for major construction projects
• Analyze environmental impacts of proposed facility changes
• Coordinate with architectural and engineering teams
• Develop sustainability metrics and reporting frameworks

Experience Requirements

• 8-12 years environmental planning and sustainability experience
• Climate resilience and adaptation planning experience
• NEPA compliance experience preferred

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Environmental Planning, Urban Planning, or related field
• Master's degree preferred

Certifications

• AICP (American Institute of Certified Planners) certification preferred
• LEED Accredited Professional preferred
• Envision Sustainability Professional preferred

Required Skills

• Strong background in environmental impact assessment
• Knowledge of NEPA process and documentation requirements
• Experience with climate change adaptation planning
• GIS and spatial analysis capabilities
• Understanding of sustainable design principles
• Project management and stakeholder coordination skills
