Job OverviewAs the Senior Field Engineer, you are the frontline technical leader and the face of GRS for many of our clients. You will lead field operations, solve high‑level escalations, mentor Engineers, and ensure every onsite and remote engagement reflects our elite standards. From complex troubleshooting to server implementations, network upgrades, client onboarding, and project execution - you are the anchor of stability, expertise, and professionalism on the ground.
