OverviewTEOCO’s Audit team is seeking a smart, self-motivated, and collaborative candidate.
This is a great opportunity to gain or build upon experience in utility consulting, developing a foundation of utility invoice knowledge and learning software tools.
ResponsibilitiesAnalyst will be responsible for setting up between 500 to 1,000 new utility accounts on a monthly basis within TEOCO's Bill Trak system for a TEOCO client.

The BAN set-up process may involve working with multiple contacts and source systems within the client and with client vendors.
In addition to managing the set up of new BANs, the analyst will be responsible for conducting periodic reviews of existing BANs and associated data to keep needed data (i.e Account Coding, Site Code, BAN Changes) and statuses (BAN Inactivations) current.
Further, the analyst will assist with BAN updates or research based on e-mails that come into the client mailboxes.
