Customer Service Representative

• Provides outstanding customer service for all types of customer inquiries and transactions.
• Operates a teller drawer to serve customers which includes processing transactions and balancing cash drawer daily.
• Opens and services new accounts.
• Meets and exceeds customer expectations by accurately assessing needs and providing solutions.
• Complies with all department, bank, and regulatory policies and procedures.

• Minimum one year prior retail banking experience with experience opening accounts preferred.
• Must be able to prioritize and multi-task.
• Excellent attention to details.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and bank policy and procedures.
• Knowledge of teller cash limits, teller machines, and preparation of teller work.
• Ability to balance teller cash and maintain acceptable balancing percentages as defined by management.
• Strong computer skills with the ability to become proficient in bank systems with knowledge of Jack Henry systems preferred.
