- CPA required
- Significant, progressive experience in private client services or high net worth tax within public accounting, ideally within a private client services group or at a regional or national firm, with a strong focus on Trust and Estates
- Broad, hands-on technical depth across 1040 (high net worth complexity), 1041, 706, 709, and 990-PF
- Experience with estate planning strategies, including lifetime exemption utilization and planning vehicles
- Proven ability to manage high net worth client relationships
- Business development skills, ideally with experience cultivating wealth advisors and trust and estate attorneys as referral sources
