Job Details: Full-time, pay: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour (the high-end range for candidates willing to cover multiple offices; all expenses, including EZ PASS and gas, are paid). Expected hours: 40 per week.

Responsibilities:
- Assist Patients in Exercise and Daily Tasks:
Provide guidance and support during exercise routines and daily functional tasks. Correct forms to ensure proper technique, motivate patients, and prioritize safety. - Review and Administer Treatment Plans:
Evaluate patients' conditions and develop individualized treatment plans based on their needs and goals previously established by DPT. Administer sessions and adjust as necessary. - Maintain Accurate Records:
Keep detailed records documenting treatment, progress, and relevant information. - Work with Diverse Population:
Demonstrate proficiency and comfort working with individuals from diverse backgrounds, respecting cultural differences. - Follow Post-Op Protocols:
Adhere to established protocols for post-operative rehabilitation, especially for surgeries like ACL reconstruction, meniscus repair, and rotator cuff rehab. Coordinate with healthcare professionals for patient care continuity.
Qualifications:
- Current state licensing for physical therapy assistance
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to create a positive, nurturing environment
- Decision-making skills when DPT is not in the clinic
