$22.00/hr – $30.00/hr

We are looking to hire individuals ASAP with a Bachelor's degree in human services (social work, psychology, rehabilitation, special education, and similar fields) and a minimum of 1 year of experience teaching, training, or providing ABA services to children and young adults. Selected candidates will provide in-home ABA services to children with Autism, Intellectual Disabilities or other Developmental Disabilities. The Behavior Technician must be willing to work a minimum of 15 hours per week (am and/or pm hours).

Supervision by a clinical supervisor (BCBA) is provided on a weekly to bi-weekly basis. The candidate should be able to work with and train parents and/or caregivers and have strong behavior management skills. Must have RBT 40-hour training course completed with a certificate and active RBT credential. CPR/First Aid Certificate and a TB test required prior to starting any case.

Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.

• Implementation of behavior treatment programs as designed by the supervising Behavior Analyst.
• Collection of data and completion of treatment notes as required.

• Bachelor’s degree in psychology, education, or related field.
• Minimum 15 hours per week availability 8 AM – 7 PM.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with proof of auto insurance.
• Physical ability to walk, stand, sit, kneel, stoop, crawl, twist, reach above head, pull bend, and carry up to 50 pounds.
• Energetic, outgoing, passionate about working with children.
• Current RBT® credential in good standing with the BACB® or eligible to appear for RBT exam.
• At least one year of experience working with children.

Part‑time, up to 30 hours per week. Salary Rate: $22.00 to $27.00 /hour for Behavior Therapists. Salary Rate: $27.00–$30.00 /hour for candidates with active and current RBT credentials.

Paid training.
