Fairfax Mental Health & Wellness is a growing multidisciplinary behavioral health practice offering psychiatry, therapy, psychological testing, TMS, and Spravato services. We are hiring a polished, relationship-driven Business Development & Provider Outreach Manager to build and expand our referral networks across Northern Virginia and Montgomery County.

This role is ideal for someone with healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, or provider outreach experience who thrives on building partnerships, hitting clear metrics, and representing a respected clinical brand.

• Conduct 12–15 in-person outreach meetings per week with physicians, pediatricians, NPs/PCPs, therapists, school counselors, universities, and community partners
• Build and manage a referral pipeline using CRM software (Hub Spot, Salesforce, Zoho, Monday, etc.)
• Deliver lunch-and-learns, presentations, and educational sessions
• Attend community events, health fairs, and school programs to promote services
• Monthly spend budget for provider meetings

• Maintain 100% accurate CRM documentation of outreach meetings, follow-ups, and outcomes
• Track weekly, monthly, and quarterly KPIs
• Provide regular updates to leadership on outreach activity and growth trends

• Assist with referral materials, outreach collateral, and provider announcements
• Support social media planning, provider highlight content, and community engagement posts
• Collaborate on website updates, Linked In and Google Business Profile optimization

• Build and strengthen referral pathways across primary care, pediatrics, schools, and specialty practices
• Support new provider onboarding to accelerate caseload ramp‑up
• Help position our TMS and Spravato programs to referring clinicians
• Identify new partnership opportunities across the region

• 2–6 years in healthcare business development, pharmaceutical sales, provider relations, or medical outreach
• Strong communication skills with a polished, professional presence
• Experience using CRM systems to track outreach and manage pipelines
• Organized, metrics‑driven, and comfortable with weekly outreach goals
• Ability to travel across Northern Virginia and Montgomery County

• Experience in behavioral health, psychology, psychiatry, or related healthcare settings
• Experience presenting to medical offices or school staff
• Existing knowledge of local healthcare or education networks

• $70,000–$80,000 base salary, depending on experience
