At retail locations, we bring promise to life with heart every day and our Pharmacy Technicians (Technicians) play critical role in supporting our pharmacy teams to deliver consistently on brand promise.

As a Technician, you will support pharmacy team to deliver operation & service excellence within store. Technicians are often first point of contact to assist patients & customers to deliver exceptional experience. Technicians help pharmacy team ensure that pharmacy operations run smoothly, patients prescriptions filled promptly, safely & accurately, & we provide caring service that exceed patient expectations. Technicians operate as part of pharmacy team through consistent application of Standard Operating procedures (SOPs), best practices, & effective communication.

Throughout shifts & all customer and colleague interactions, demonstrate genuine care & contribute to safe & inclusive culture where all feel valued & empowered.

Once in role, Technicians required complete company training program & satisfy all registration, licensing, & certification requirements accordance with State’s Board of Pharmacy guidelines. Until Technician complete all requirements, duties may restricted by Pharmacy Manager.

Technician responsible for safe & effective operations of pharmacy, including but not limit to:

• Living our purpose by following all company SOPs at each workstation to help our Pharmacists manage & improve patient health.
• Following pharmacy workflow procedures at each pharmacy workstation (i.e production, pick‑up, drive‑thru, & drop‑off) for safe & accurate prescription fulfillment.
• Contributing to positive patient experiences by showing empathy & genuine care: creating heartfelt & personalized moments while serving patients at pick‑up, drive‑thru, & over the phone; keep patients healthy by offering immunizations & other services at register & over the phone; & delivering compassionate stay‑by‑service on solving or escalating patient problems.
• Completing basic inventory activities permitted by law & directed by pharmacy leadership team, such as accurate putting away medication deliveries & cycle‑counts, returns‑to‑stocks, waiting‑bin inventory&®
• Contributing to high‑performing team, Embracing growth mindset & L‑reception‑ple to feedback.
