Part‑time Speech Language Pathologist – clinic based in Fairfax, VA. Part‑time and full‑time caseloads are available.

• Conduct developmental screening/assessment, speech therapy services, and consult with family members and other professionals.
• Educate family members and caregivers on different intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry‑over in community settings.
• Work in clinic‑based settings.
• Follow the Individualized Service Plan, plan ongoing treatment, and interpret goals and treatment plans to parents; recommend further developmental assessments as needed.
• Participate in monthly agency staff meetings.
• Prepare progress reports at six‑month intervals and annual reviews.
• Maintain client records and submit them to the agency within established deadlines.
• Perform other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor within scope of work.

• Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.
• 1–2 years of experience working with children birth to 21; new graduate training is welcomed.
• Must possess a VA state license to practice Speech Therapy.

• Must be able to travel to and from assigned cases (driving personal vehicle, walking, public transportation).
• Ability to climb and descend staircases.
• Ability to lift 10 pounds regularly.
• Ability to sit on the floor, kneel, and/or crawl for extended periods.

Compensation:
Part‑time hourly up to $85, depending on experience; $2,000 sign‑on bonus included.
