Works within our Supportive Community Residential Services Division. You'll be part of a team of diverse professionals providing services to adults with serious mental illness (SMI) and co‑occurring disorders (including substance use and intellectual disabilities) in their homes and in the community. We provide case management, crisis intervention, and support services, along with completing Medicaid and other billing documentation. We conduct clinical assessments and treatment planning and transport clients in the agency vehicle.

Office and client residences are located in Annandale. The position requires excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • * This position includes a signing bonus for new merit county employees in the amount of $2,500 (full‑time).

A foreign language skills stipend of up to $1,560 per year (full‑time) may be given for qualified bilingual employees.
  • The CSB provides clinical supervision for employees who are registered as licensed eligible mental health professionals in one of the following areas:
    Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Clinical Psychologist, Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Licensed Substance Abuse Treatment Practitioner, or Clinical Nurse Specialist.
  • In addition, to recognize and reinforce the importance of professional development and enhance future recruitment of licensed professionals, if approved, the licensure supervisors will receive a stipend of $1,500 paid out biweekly over a 12‑month period whether for one or more Department of Health licensure candidates.
  • License/Certification reimbursement — reimbursement for job‑related licenses and/or certifications once per year.
