Inova Health System is seeking an experienced Employee Assistance Counselor to join the Inova Center for Personalized Health. This full-time, Monday–Friday role involves proactive workplace presence, brief positive interventions, crisis response, and linking colleagues to longer-term resources across ICPH campuses.

The position focuses on early intervention, brief support, stabilization, and strengthening team wellbeing.
