Physical Therapist Outpatient (PT OP) Fairfax Station, VA. This outpatient therapy position involves evaluating patients, developing, implementing, and modifying treatment plans in accordance with patient needs and physician direction. The role includes delegation of therapy services, patient education, and ensuring functional recovery to support community reintegration.
