We specialize in providing management and technology consulting services to support the business and technology modernization efforts of the Federal Government. Think Tek was formed with the specific purpose of providing its clients a tailored solution around Program & Project Management, Strategic Planning, and IT Services.

Think Tek is seeking a Senior Lead Data Architect to provide technical leadership in database architecture, data management, and cybersecurity support for large‑scale Federal Government programs. The selected candidate will lead initiatives in data modeling, warehousing, migration, and integration, while also supporting enterprise‑level cybersecurity compliance. The ideal candidate will bring extensive hands‑on experience with AWS, Oracle, SQL, and Informatica, as well as expertise in secure system design and database administration.

NOTE: THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON CONTRACT AWARD

• Lead the design, development, and management of enterprise data modeling, warehousing, and migration activities.
• Architect and maintain AWS RDMS and Oracle/Microsoft database solutions.
• Provide leadership in SQL development, integrations, and support using WebADI’s and API’s.
• Support data integration and quality assurance activities using Informatica IICS, Power Center, and IDQ.
• Serve as cybersecurity lead, ensuring compliance with federal security requirements and best practices in line with ISSE/ISSO standards.
• Administer Postgre
  
  SQL databases as a certified DBA.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure technical alignment with mission objectives and system security requirements.

• Ability to obtain DHS Suitability.
• Bachelor's Degree or higher.
• 8+ years of experience leading data modeling, data warehousing, and data migration.
• 8+ years of AWS RDMS experience.
• 8+ years of Oracle and/or Microsoft database experience.
• 8+ years of SQL proficiency, including working with WebADI’s and API’s.
• 5+ years of Informatica experience with IICS, Power Center, and IDQ.
• 5+ years of experience as a certified cybersecurity expert (ISSE/ISSO or equivalent – will consider non‑certified ISSO).
• Postgre
  
  SQL Certified Database Administrator.
