EVS is seeking a Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) Specialist to join our proposal effort. Supports users of the Navy Enterprise Network (NEN) by resolving technical inquiries through telephone and on-site support. Requires two (2) years of professional experience in customer service and technical troubleshooting of NEN products. Strong communication and problem-solving skills required.
Work is not remote and will be performed on-site at the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD), Dahlgren, VA.
Employment would begin upon contract award.
Requirements- Clearance: Active Secret
- Certification: IAT Level II
- Work Location: On-site; not remote
