Enhanced Veterans Solutions Inc. (EVS) is seeking a full-time People Soft Administrator to support one of our government contracts.

An Active Secret Security Clearance is required for this position to be considered. This is a nonnegotiable requirement.

As a People Soft Administrator, you will be responsible for the installation, configuration, and maintenance of People Soft applications to ensure optimal system performance and reliability. Your duties will include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting issues, applying patches and updates, and performing system upgrades. You will manage People Soft security, including user roles, permissions, and authentication, and ensure compliance with relevant regulatory standards.

You will coordinate and manage People Soft-related projects, create and maintain documentation for system configurations and processes, and work effectively with cross-functional teams. Additionally, you will provide technical support and training to end-users and stakeholders and stay updated with the latest People Soft technologies and best practices to implement system improvements. The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a People Soft Administrator, strong technical expertise in People Tools, Oracle databases, and related technologies, excellent problem-solving and communication, and the ability to manage projects.

Relevant certifications, such as Oracle People Soft Certified Administrator, are preferred but not required.

• Install, configure, and maintain People Soft applications, environments, and infrastructure.
• Monitor system performance and availability, tuning as necessary to ensure optimal operation.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the People Soft landscape.
• Apply application patches, bundles, and updates; perform system and database upgrades.
• Administer People Soft security architecture, including user roles, permissions, and authentication protocols.
• Ensure systems remain compliant with relevant regulatory and security standards.
• Lead and coordinate People Soft-related projects, including system implementations and upgrades.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, configuration guides, and process workflows.
• Collaborate with IT, business units, and support teams to meet organizational needs.
• Provide technical support and training end-users and stakeholders.
• Stay current with People Soft technologies, tools, and best practices to recommend and implement system improvements.
