Service Now Tester - Mclean VA / Plano TX - 5 Days Onsite (100% Onsite) - 6 + Months

Test and ensure quality of Service Now modules (IRM/GRC, ITSM, HRSD, CSM) through manual and automated testing.

• Create and run test cases and automated scripts (ATF, Selenium).
• Validate workflows, controls, integrations, and platform changes.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams; report defects.

• 5-8 yrs QA; 3+ yrs Service Now ATF (IRM/GRC)
• Strong automation, UI, API, and Agile experience

• Service Now certifications, scripting, CI/CD experience
