Senior eDiscovery Litigation Technologist – Full‑time, Executive Level, Department:

Job Function: Engineering and Information Technology
Responsibilities- Monitor changes to laws affecting civil and criminal litigation and assess impact on FBI Discovery policies.
- Track commercial industry developments to identify technology or best‑practice applications that can improve FBI Discovery.
- Verify that any proposed solution meets underlying need.
- Conduct testing of system upgrades or patches prior to release.
- Ensure proposed solutions deliver new functional business capabilities addressing existing requirements.
- Provide advice on identifying, preserving, collecting, processing, and producing ESI in support of civil litigation, selected criminal matters, FOIA requests, Congressional requests, and other inquiries using current FBI tools.
- Monitor daily separation reports to identify departing legal‑hold custodians and ensure proper preservation of material.
- Update and/or create standard operating procedures for the ETA role.
- Maintain strong technical background on electronic discovery applications and strong legal expertise on electronic discovery tools.
- 5+ years of eDiscovery/litigation support experience with a focus on client solutions.
- 3+ years of progressive responsibility on major litigation support projects.
- At least 2 years experience in Relativity beyond document review coding.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with eDiscovery technical teams and non‑technical business leaders.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced, agile environment.
- Experience with eDiscovery Services covering all realms of the EDRM (File to Trial).
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Ability to obtain U.S. Government security clearance (active clearance preferred).
- BS/BA degree or equivalent work experience (JD highly preferred).
