This is a full‑time, on‑site AI Engineer role located in Fairfax, VA. The AI Engineer will design, train, and implement advanced machine‑learning models and algorithms to drive innovation and solve complex problems. Responsibilities include building and fine‑tuning AI systems, conducting data analysis, developing predictive models, and collaborating with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions. The role also involves staying updated on emerging AI technologies to incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.

• Strong knowledge of machine‑learning algorithms, deep learning, and artificial‑intelligence frameworks
• Experience with programming languages such as Python, R, or Java, and familiarity with libraries such as Tensor Flow or Py Torch
• Expertise in data preprocessing, data visualisation, and data analysis
• Strong understanding of mathematical and statistical concepts relevant to AI model development
• Knowledge of AI system deployment, optimisation, and performance tuning
• Excellent problem‑solving skills and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams and stakeholders
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or related field
• Prior experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus
• 7+ years IT experience
