DescriptionWe are looking for talented Dev Ops Engineers with a TS/SCI security clearance (and active poly) security clearance to design, implement, and optimize automated CI/CD pipelines and cloud infrastructure for our clients. You will work closely with stakeholders and management to gather requirements, take the lead on technical challenges, and mentor junior team members. In this role, you should be able to work independently with minimal supervision, communicate effectively, stay organized, and provide detailed technical analysis.

What you will be doing:
- Designing and implementing robust CI/CD pipelines to automate software delivery.
- Automating infrastructure provisioning and configuration using Infrastructure as Code (IaC) principles.
- Managing, optimizing, and securing cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Implementing and managing containerization strategies (Docker, Kubernetes orchestration).
- Developing and maintaining comprehensive monitoring, logging, and alerting systems.
- Collaborating with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
- Troubleshooting complex infrastructure, application, and pipeline issues across environments.
- Mentoring junior Dev Ops engineers and fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.
- Identifying and evaluating new tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and reliability.
What you will not be doing:
- Spending your days writing user documentation, or designing power point slides
- Simply installing and integrating COTS products
- Working with stagnant technologies
- Writing status reports or justifying career-goal metrics
Technical
Skills:
- 10+ years of demonstrated Dev Ops or Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience.
- Extensive experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git Lab CI, Azure Dev Ops, CircleCI).
- Significant experience with Infrastructure as Code (e.g., Terraform, Ansible, Cloud Formation, Puppet, Chef).
- Deep understanding and hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS strongly preferred, Azure, GCP).
- Proficiency in scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash, Go, Power Shell).
- Experience with monitoring and logging tools (e.g., Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack, Splunk, Datadog).
- Strong knowledge of networking, security best practices, and Linux operating systems.
- Experience with version control systems (Git) and branching strategies.

- BS/BA in Computer Science, related field, or equivalent experience
