Develop and execute strategic outreach plans to introduce our protection solutions to new households in the Fairfax area.
Conduct comprehensive coverage reviews to identify gaps and offer meaningful, well-researched policy recommendations.
Manage your own pipeline, from initial outreach through policy binding and long-term client retention.
Collaborate with our underwriting and administrative team to ensure every client receives accurate and timely service.
Participate in local community events to build visibility for The Atlantic District and cultivate lasting professional networks.
Maintain an organized, high-touch follow-up system that makes clients feel truly valued and heard.
RequirementsActive Virginia Property & Casualty insurance license.
Three or more years of experience in consultative sales.
Strong comfort level with digital policy management systems and office productivity suites.
Clear, empathetic communication skills, both over the phone and in face-to-face meetings.
Demonstrable history of meeting or exceeding growth targets.
Experience managing a book of business or high-volume client relationships.
