Guide current clients through policy renewals and adjustments as their life circumstances change.

Maintain accurate client records and ensure all documentation meets regulatory standards.

Participate in local community events to foster relationships and represent our agency with integrity.

Collaborate with our underwriting partners to resolve complex policy questions for your clients.

Active Property and Casualty Insurance License.

Three or more years of experience in insurance sales or account management.

Strong comfort level with digital documentation and agency management systems.

Clear, empathetic communication skills when discussing sensitive financial planning.

High school diploma or equivalent; college degree is a bonus.

Background in local community networking is a plus.
