We are searching for a highly motivated, skilled, and independent Business/Commercial Litigation Associate with 2 to 7 years of experience to join a premier law firm in Fairfax, VA. This is not a mentorship program – we need an attorney who is ready to hit the ground running and immediately contribute to complex, high‑stakes commercial disputes.

This role is for a talented litigator eager to manage their own workload and drive cases forward. You will be handling sophisticated commercial litigation matters for a diverse clientele. We value practical experience and a proactive approach to dispute resolution.

• Focus Areas:
  Commercial Litigation, Business Disputes. Experience in Insurance Coverage attorneys is considered, although Insurance Defense experience is not applicable.
• Independence:
  We seek self‑starters who are comfortable taking ownership of significant litigation tasks.
• Location:
  
  Fully in‑office position in our dynamic Fairfax, VA office. Collaboration and team presence are key to our success.

• Experience:
  
  2–7 years of demonstrable experience in Business or Commercial Litigation.
• Work Ethic:
  Ability to meet or exceed a monthly billable hour requirement of 160 hours.
• Jurisdiction:
  Must be admitted and in good standing with the Virginia State Bar (or eligible to waive in immediately).
• Drive: A proven track record of successful case management, drafting complex pleadings, conducting discovery, and preparing for trial.
