We are seeking a dedicated Attorney for a full‑time, on‑site role at our Fairfax, VA office. The Attorney will provide expert legal advice, conduct detailed legal research, draft and review legal documents, and represent clients in various legal matters. This role involves handling case strategies, engaging in labor and employment law matters, and participating in negotiations. The position requires strict confidentiality, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with a team of legal professionals.

• Strong expertise in Law and Labor and Employment Law
• Proficiency in providing Legal Advice and offering sound guidance
• Exceptional skills in conducting comprehensive legal Research
• Proven ability in Negotiation and dispute resolution
• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
• Active license to practice law in Virginia
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple cases while meeting deadlines
