Full-time | Salary: $100,000-$110,000 base | $175,000 OTE (Benefits + Bonus)

With over 70+ years of combined legal experience, Robinson Law is one of the premier criminal law firms in Virginia.

• Experience in criminal law preferred (5+ years a plus)
• Virginia State Bar License (Active & in good standing)
• Proven trial and courtroom experience
• Excellent legal research, writing, and negotiation skills
• Strong interpersonal and client management abilities

• Represent clients in criminal matters from intake through trial
• Conduct consultations with potential new clients
• Handle a diverse caseload, including misdemeanors and felonies
• Conduct legal research and draft motions, briefs, and pleadings
• Attend court hearings, trials, and client meetings
  
  Collaborate with our legal team and support staff to ensure successful outcomes

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $175,000/year including:

• Performance-based bonuses
