• Represent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in General District and Circuit Courts across Northern Virginia.
• Develop legal strategies
  , draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and manage cases from start to finish.
• Handle federal criminal cases if licensed in federal court.

• Active Virginia law license
• 3+ years of criminal trial experience
