- Represent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in General District and Circuit Courts across Northern Virginia.
- Develop legal strategies
, draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and manage cases from start to finish. - Handle federal criminal cases if licensed in federal court.
- Collaborate with our sharp, mission‑driven team in a culture that emphasizes empathy, excellence, and accountability.
- Active Virginia law license
- 3+ years of criminal trial experience
, with a track record of effective advocacy - Courtroom confidence, a strong work ethic, and a client‑first mindset
- Desire to grow professionally in a high‑performing, team‑oriented environment
- $100,000–$120,000+ salary range based on experience and results

- Develop and implement strategic defense plans tailored to the unique circumstances of each case.
- Represent clients in court, demonstrating strong advocacy skills and a commitment to achieving favorable outcomes.
- Collaborate with a team of legal professionals to share insights and refine case strategies.
- Conduct thorough legal research to support case preparation and stay informed on relevant legal precedents.
- Draft, review, and file legal documents, ensuring accuracy and compliance with court requirements.
- Communicate regularly with clients, providing updates and guidance to build trust and confidence in our services.
- Licensed to practice law in Virginia.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in criminal law (public defenders and prosecutors welcomed) preferred, which should include handling felony cases and conducting jury trials.
$110,000 - $120,000 yearly
