• Represent clients charged with felonies and misdemeanors in General District and Circuit Courts across Northern Virginia.
• Develop legal strategies, draft and argue motions, negotiate plea agreements, and manage cases from start to finish.
• Handle federal criminal cases if licensed in federal court.
• Collaborate with our sharp, mission‑driven team in a culture that emphasizes empathy, excellence, and accountability.

• Active Virginia law license
• 3+ years of criminal trial experience, with a track record of effective advocacy
• Courtroom confidence, a strong work ethic, and a client‑first mindset

• $110,000–$120,000+ salary range based on experience and results
