Client Service Representative

About the Role

Responsible for prompt delivery of various on‑site work assignments, providing customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

• Promptly inform supervisor of potential problems or customer concerns.
• Promptly review and respond to management and client requests via email, phone, text, and verbal communication.
• Maintain a strong focus on delivering good customer service.
• Contribute to the creation of the Site Procedure Guide to ensure all account processes are properly recorded.
• Handle duties such as copy/print production, copier maintenance, mail/courier services, reception/office services, shipping/receiving, inventory services, warehouse, and file‑room/records services based on assigned location.
• Attend cross‑functional trainings to enable coverage when short‑staffed.
• Adapt site responsibility and coverage location based on client and/or division needs.
• For copy/print production: promptly reproduce all print requests, review files for print readiness, perform printing, punching, binding, assembling, sorting, laminating, and pre‑delivery quality control; log, deliver, and track all activity; respond to customer requests; perform routine maintenance of equipment; record and track inquiries; and perform daily convenience‑care functions.
• For mail/courier services: promptly receive, sort, deliver, pick up, and process courier items, interoffice mail, newspapers, magazines, and all classes of U.S. Postal Service mail; track courier and accountable items; research and route unidentified and generic mail; log, deliver, and track messenger items; respond to customer requests; maintain equipment; and record inquiries.

• HS Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience required, with less than one year of related experience.
• Basic computer skills/technical knowledge.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize to meet deadlines.
• Good customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.
• Required to obtain all necessary security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter premises.
• May require driving between multiple client locations; a personal vehicle with a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record may be required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to spend extended periods standing, bending, walking, reaching, and pulling while performing duties.

We are providing the anticipated rate for this role: $17.20 - $23.37 hourly.
