Reworld is searching for an exceptional Facility Manager to lead our Lorton, Virginia facility - one of Reworld's largest sites and a flagship operation within our South Region.

This isn't just another plant leadership role.
Lorton is a highly visible operation, and the leader who steps into this position will have the opportunity to make a significant impact across the site, the region, and the broader Reworld organization.

We're looking for a proven operations leader who knows how to:

• Build, develop, and inspire strong teams
• Create a culture where safety comes first
• Drive operational excellence, reliability, and accountability
• Lead complex maintenance and outage planning
• Improve productivity and asset performance
• Develop long-term operational, staffing, maintenance, and budget strategies
• Champion continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma principles
• Build strong relationships with employees, customers, community partners, and senior leadership

Our ideal candidate brings progressive leadership experience from a complex industrial or power-generation environment. Experience in Waste-to-Energy, power plants, paper mills, chemical manufacturing, biomass, coal-fired, nuclear, or combined-cycle operations is highly valued.

Most importantly, we're looking for a leader of people - someone who can set a clear direction, develop talent, build accountability, bring teams together, and take an already important operation to the next level.

Veterans and transitioning military leaders are strongly encouraged to apply. Your experience leading teams, operating in high-accountability environments, managing complex assets, and building a culture of safety can translate exceptionally well to this role.
