SHIFT SUPERVISOR (FULL TIME) – Chartwells Higher Education Dining Services

We are hiring immediately for full‑time SHIFT SUPERVISOR positions. Schedule may vary based on operational needs (Nights and Weekends). Pay: $24.00 – $27.00 per hour.

Job Summary: Direct the activities of associates during a specific shift and oversee completion of assigned job expectations while maintaining policy and procedure.

• Providing training and creating work schedules.
• Evaluating employees’ performance, rewarding high performers, and disciplining those who fail to meet reasonable standards.
• Preparing production or sales reports for management and ensuring the unit meets expectations for quality, productivity, and safety.
• Acting as the contact person for employee complaints or time‑off requests.
• Mentoring, developing employees, and encouraging goal setting and advancement within the organization.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Prior supervisory experience preferred.
