GEM is growing, and we're looking for Entry-Level Marketing Associates to join our team. No previous marketing experience is required—we provide hands-on training, mentorship, and the opportunity to build real-world skills in marketing, communication, customer engagement, and event promotions.

- Represent client brands at events, community activations, and promotional campaigns
- Engage with customers and community members in a friendly and professional manner
- Share information about products, services, campaigns, and organizations
- Create positive experiences through face-to-face communication
- Support event setup, execution, and breakdown
Work closely with team members to meet campaign goals - Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Develop communication, leadership, teamwork, and time-management skills
- Track daily activities and performance goals

No degree or previous marketing experience is required. Customer service, hospitality, retail, restaurant, sales, communications, or volunteer experience is a plus—but we're primarily looking for the right attitude and willingness to learn.
