Description:
SaNDAI Global seeks four Program Managers through the Department of Defense Skill Bridge Program. These positions are integral to our mission of supporting community health centers, community-based hospitals, EPA grant recipients, and tribal communities. With over 8,000 community health centers, 600 EPA grant recipients, and 575 tribal communities across America, this role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by bridging data literacy and operational capacity gaps.
Job Description: Lead initiatives to engage small rural communities, community health centers, community-based hospitals, and Indian tribes, building awareness and encouraging participation in SaNDAI data management and reporting training programs. Design and implement communication strategies tailored to communities' unique needs, ensuring accessibility in all program messaging. Educational Facilitation:
Organize and facilitate workshops, webinars, and community meetings to educate stakeholders on the benefits of the targeted program, highlighting its role in improving data reporting and evidence-building capacities. Stakeholder
Collaboration:
Collaborate with organizational leaders to establish meaningful partnerships and secure commitments for program implementation.
Qualifications: Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in outreach, community engagement, or program management. Proficiency in facilitating workshops and engaging stakeholders. Ability to travel as required.
