Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

Minimum 30 hours/week, self‑scheduled, flexible hours

Woodbridge office location (occasional weekend visits if needed)

$35–$45 hourly

BSN, RN (on‑staff supervision and mentorship provided)

• Conduct weekly, biweekly, and monthly home visits as needed to assess and support clients.
• Supervise caregivers, ensuring quality of care and professionalism in the home.
• Oversee caregiver hiring and placement to ensure proper match between client and staff.
• Organize and conduct monthly caregiver training sessions and in‑services.
• Collaborate closely with the RN to provide compassionate, individualized care.
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and staff, maintaining trust and respect.
• Support company leadership in maintaining a warm, professional, and family‑centered work environment.

• Active LPN license in good standing.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in home health, hospice, or hospital nursing.
• Fluent in English with excellent communication and writing skills.
• Positive, pleasant, and friendly personality with genuine compassion for clients and coworkers.
• Comfortable supervising caregivers and providing direction when needed.
• Flexible, reliable, and able to adapt to schedule changes or emergencies.
• Professional, personable, and a good fit with our small, dedicated office team and company owner.
• A self‑starter who takes initiative and values teamwork.
