Job Overview

- Assist with ovarian stimulation protocols, medication administration, and patient education on IVF procedures
- Prepare and monitor laboratory specimens, ensuring proper handling and documentation in compliance with HIPAA and laboratory standards
- Support ultrasound‑guided procedures such as oocyte retrievals and embryo transfers, maintaining aseptic technique throughout
- Conduct thorough patient assessments including vital signs, medical history review, and physiological evaluations to tailor individualized treatment plans
- Manage IV infusions, injections, and medication protocols accurately while monitoring for adverse reactions or complications
- Educate patients about their treatment process, including medication schedules, lifestyle adjustments, and post‑procedure care
- Document all patient interactions, procedures, and treatment outcomes meticulously within electronic health record (EHR) systems such as Epic or Cerner
- Valid nursing license (RN or equivalent) with current certification to practice in the relevant jurisdiction
- Proven experience in reproductive medicine or fertility clinics preferred; experience with IVF procedures is highly valued
- Strong knowledge of medical terminology, anatomy related to reproductive health, and physiology of fertility treatments
- Skilled in venipuncture, IV insertion, medication administration, and aseptic technique
- Familiarity with EMR/EHR systems such as Epic or Cerner for accurate documentation and data management
- Excellent patient care skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly and empathetically
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team in a fast‑paced clinical environment
- Additional experience in laboratory procedures, ultrasound assistance, or laboratory specimen processing is advantageous
