• Experienced Nurse Practitioner
• 3 plus years of professional experience
• 2+ years of hands-on functional medicine required
• Must have active Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Virginia
• Must have experience with IV therapies and Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT)
• Must have strong communications skills and an open minded approach to patient care
• Must stay current with integrative medicine advancements

• Deliver comprehensive integrative and functional medicine consultations, along with ongoing patient care.
• Create individualized treatment plans that blend conventional medical approaches with evidence-based alternative therapies.
• Administer and supervise IV therapy services, including high-dose Vitamin C and a variety of wellness infusions.
• Oversee and support patients receiving Bio-Identical Hormone Replacement Therapy (BHRT).
• Contribute to the assessment and management of complex health conditions, including Lyme disease.
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary wellness team to ensure a cohesive and high-quality patient experience.
• Maintain thorough clinical documentation and adhere to the highest standards of safety, compliance, and patient care.
