Inova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced ICU Registered Nurse to join the team. This is a full‑time night shift position (3 × 12‑hour shifts per week, 7:00 pm‑7:00 am). Sign‑on bonus and relocation bonus are available for eligible nurses.

The Intensive Care Unit at Fair Oaks Hospital (IFOH) is a 12‑bed unit with a patient population that includes end‑stage disease processes, sepsis, post‑partum emergencies, respiratory failure, post‑operative care and other conditions that require intensive nursing care. The ICU is equipped to provide CRRT and induced hypothermia for post‑cardiac arrest patients. IFOH is a Magnet organization and recipient of the Senate Quality Award.

As a Registered Nurse (RN), you will communicate effectively with patients, families, team members and medical providers. You will create a collaborative team‑working environment while respecting and understanding various clinical disciplines. You will use a focused and integrated approach to improve desired patient outcomes and the patient experience of care delivery. Demonstrating willingness to learn under direct supervision of an experienced RN and through various training formats is required.

• Minimum of one year of ICU Registered Nurse experience.
• BSN from an accredited school of nursing; if RN has an Associates Degree (ADN), must complete BSN within 5 years of start date.
• RN licensed, or eligible to practice in the Commonwealth of Virginia as an RN.
• BLS for Healthcare Provider certification required from the American Heart Association; ACLS preferred or within 90 days.
• 2 years of ICU RN experience.
