Job DescriptionInova Fair Oaks Hospital is seeking an experienced Operating Room RN to join our team. This position offers a Weekend Differential Premium and sign-on & relocation bonuses.
Work ScheduleFull-time 3/12-hour Weekend shifts (7am – 7pm).
CompensationWeekend Differential Premium. Sign-on & relocation bonuses.
- Scrub and circulating experience preferred
Inova Fair Oaks Hospital has 14 OR suites offering comprehensive surgical specialties including orthopedics, spine, robotic, retina and bariatrics. We perform over 10,000 surgical cases annually using advanced technologies such as Stryker Mako, Globus Excelsius, Orth Align and Medtronic Stealth Station.

- Performs comprehensive patient health assessments and synthesizes data sets
- Formulates individualized plans of care based on assessment findings

- Anticipates ethical, spiritual, and cultural needs and assists staff in assessing learning needs
- Minimum 1 year of direct OR experience as a Registered Nurse
- BSN or ADN from accredited nursing school. ADN must complete BSN within 5 years of start date
- Licensed RN in Commonwealth of Virginia
- Basic Life Support certification with American Heart Association
- Strong scrubbing background
