- Compensation:
Competitive base salary 85,000.00+ and quarterly bonuses + paid rotating on‑call. - Schedule:
Monday–Friday, daytime hours; full‑time with on‑call rotations. - Location:
North Virginia 22030
- Plan, develop, organize, implement, and evaluate the nursing service department’s programs and activities, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and local regulations.
- Coordinate nursing services with other departments to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Enhance clinical expertise among staff to provide safe and high‑quality care.
- Oversee internal case management, nursing talent evaluation, and professional development.
- Conduct “Start of Care Assessments” and “Re‑evaluations” to transition patients to home care.
- Collaborate with operations and business development teams.
- Maintain and improve a comprehensive quality assurance program for nursing services.
- Participate in facility surveys conducted by regulatory agencies.
- Assist with discharge planning to ensure patients receive proper care and support at home.
- Support recruitment, training, and validation of clinical staff.
- Review physicians’ orders and update care plans and documentation as necessary.
- Active RN license in good standing in the state of practice.
- Minimum of 1 year of hands‑on nursing experience (1 year of management experience preferred).
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, and ability to travel within the designated territory.
- Current CPR certification from AHA or ARC.
- Willingness to supervise nurses providing in‑home skilled care to infants, children, adolescents, and/or adults.
